61 New FEMA Trailers to House Survivors of CA Camp Fire

Chico, CA Silver Dollar Fairgrounds will soon be filled with over five dozen Federal Emergency Management Agency RV trailers to house victims displaced by the November 2018 Camp Fire. Construction is slated to take place soon, and residents will be able to move in about a month later. Meanwhile, 350 more FEMA modular or mobile homes are to be built in an industrial park in Gridley, with dozens more homes planned to be set up in Chico in the next three months. 40 families are living in FEMA RVs located at the Yuba-Sutter Fairgrounds, and over 75 trailers have been constructed at the Bidwell Canyon Marina in Oroville, the Rolling Hills Casino in Corning, and at the Glenn County Fairgrounds and an RV park in Orland.
